Yoga knowledge reveals that above the pleasure of the senses is the pleasure of mind.The pleasure of the mind can be in terms of finer arts like poetry, opera, literature etc. Yes, there is a thrill in achieving something significant in life like from career, job or sports. But these all come and go. This doesnt mean we should not try to do them but it means not get caught up in making the whole life revolve around this. The spiritual knowledge of the world is telling us that happiness comes from within.

Mantra is the sound vibration that frees the mind from material anxiety and disturbance and elevates it to a spiritual realm. Mantra meditation or Kirtan Yoga is the process of searching that happiness within and connecting with the source of all happiness. The happiness which is not temporary .
