Even if you have never done yoga before he wil help you come upto speed by providing careful instructions through the session. We will also have some take away snacks or cookies for you.

Description: Several Dictionaries define forgiveness as ‘to grant free pardon and to give up all claim on account of an offense or debt’. The concept and benefits of forgiveness have been explored in religious thought, the social sciences and medicine. Forgiveness may be considered simply in terms of the person who forgives including forgiving themselves, in terms of the person forgiven and/or in terms of the relationship between the forgiver and the person forgiven.
Often times, this is very hard, given that inherent with forgiveness is the ability to ‘Let go’ of all the hurt and the pain and accept your losses. Time cannot be reversed and what’s lost cant be got back. So how does one reconcile the feeling of injustice and where do you find the strength to forgive and move on.
