Bravely we stepped into January after the relaxing calm of december with friends, family and festivities. Along with the new resolutions and the renewed strength to carry on fighting comes the added ’stress’ and ‘anxiety’ of missed goals. Targets that are forever slipping and a race with no end in sight.

Walks, music, parties and coffee though serving as a band-aid solution doesn’t really ‘FIX’ the chronically repetitive pattern in which stress strikes.

Through this 4 part series we will try and uncover the root cause of stress and experiment with methods and techniques that teach us to embrace a more positive and relaxed approach to issues :

session 1 : Fighting stress – introduction to stress management
session 2 : The desire problem
session 3 : Practicing patience
session 4 : The art of forgiveness
